Without servanthood, pride takes over
You become unavailable
You lead with control, not compassion
You expect from others, but give nothing in return
WHERE IT COMES FROM

Maybe no one modeled it for you
Maybe you were taught leadership is about control
Maybe you think serving makes you look weak
But Jesus set the standard
He washed feet
He healed the broken
He carried the cross
He served with everything He had
A man of God follows that same blueprint
Servanthood is not weakness
It is kingdom strength
It is leadership that lasts
It is love that transforms
When you lead with servanthood
Your marriage thrives
Your kids grow strong
Your brothers sharpen each other
Your home becomes a place of peace

Stop leading with pride
Stop waiting to be served
Stop shrinking back from sacrifice
You were not created to lead for applause
You were created to lead like Jesus
Get low
Serve your wife
Serve your family
Serve your brothers
Serve your community
This is how real leadership gets built
This is how legacy lasts
This is how men rise in the Kingdom
PRAYER
God, I confess where I have led with pride instead of love
Where I have avoided sacrifice to protect comfort
Where I have expected to be served but resisted serving others
Break selfish patterns in me
Build real servanthood in my heart
Teach me to lead like Jesus
Teach me to serve with humility
Teach me to sacrifice my comfort for the sake of others
I want to reflect Your leadership in my home, in my relationships, in my influence
Make me steady, consistent, and grounded in servanthood
