3 Sets Total (Break up the reps however needed, but finish all 300 each day.)

300 minutes is brutal, but that’s the point. You’re building endurance in the quiet.
Here’s one way to structure the planks:
3 Sets of 60 Seconds Each
• Rest between sets as needed, but don’t quit.
• Use a timer. Use music. Use silence. Use pain. Just don’t give up.
• Finish strong.
🔥 FUEL RULES
⛔️ Skip 2 meals a day
• No breakfast. No lunch.
• Shake allowed in the morning (protein + water + greens or electrolytes only).

• Evening meal with your family.
• Real food. No junk. No seconds.
• Break bread. Thank God. Sit with your people. Look them in the eye.
